DESCRIPTION
Procurement / purchasing management is the process of procurement; materials, products, and services to corporations / organizations / institutions, which is supported by an integrated system and procedure, in which all stages of the procurement / purchasing, ranging from; planning, sourcing, bidding, contracts, purchase orders, monitoring orders, receipt of goods, to the evaluation of a supplier / vendor systemically, accountable and transparent.
In practice, problems often arise from the planning that are not integrated, changes in price and availability of supply, selection of suppliers / vendors to invite potential fraud, miscommunication, to the suppliers / vendors who wan achievement of contracts and orders.
This intensive three-dasy training will provide an understanding and improving the skills of participants ranging from cycles and procedures, Strategy, Planning and Purchasing Policy to supplier assessment.
