  Training Manajemen Proyek ini membahas manajemen proyek dalam teori dan praktek dan peran dan tanggung jawab dari manajer proyek. Kursus ini menawarkan pendekatan praktis untuk mengelola proyek, berfokus pada pengorganisasian, perencanaan, dan pengendalian upaya dari proyek. Peserta berpartisipasi dalam lokakarya terstruktur dimana rencana simulasi proyek dirancang dan diimplementasikan. Program ini didasarkan pada terbaik dan paling saat ini pemikiran di lapangan.
