COURSE OVERVIEW
Ability to negotiate and understand the contract is an important thing that must be mastered by professional or management. Limitations of Procurement team skills to negotiate and review contracts with the Supplier make the negotiation process is running in un-fair situation.
It is extremely important to enrich the team skills with the methods of negotiation strategies and the ability to reviewing the contract terms and conditions. With this capability, the team will closing deals with supplier for procure product and services, with the conditions; best prices, best quality, and best terms and conditions.
WORKSHOP GOALS
· After this training, participants will have ability to:
· Planning and negotiation strategies
· Understanding the ethical standards negotiated
· Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our suppliers
· Understanding the key points in contract clause
· Compile, analyze, and prepare contract
· Conducting negotiations with suppliers without affectedly their performance and strategy.

- 40% analysis and best practices among industry
- 40% real case study and discussions between the trainers with participants brainstorming
